根据《1990年纳闽公司法案》，纳闽公司应当保留适当的会计记录和其他记录，以充分说明纳闽公司在纳闽的注册办事处或主管当局认为有关的其他地点的交易和财务状况。从事“实务活动”（包括银行、保险、贸易、授权许可、船务等）的纳闽公司必须委任审计师对其财务报表进行审计。
