- Foundations – foundation has its own legal personality, separate from that of its founder(s) and beneficiaries. Unlike a typical company, it has no shareholders or partners; rather it is ‘self-owned.
- DIFC Wills: A DIFC Will is a last Will and Testament registered with the DIFC and can cover assets located in all seven Emirates in the UAE. A DIFC Will ensures that UAE Shariah law will not be applied to the estate of a non-Muslim.
