Meet our Core Team

Managing Director
Bruno Sidler has taken the reins in Zurich following the retirement of Ewald Scherrer as Managing Director of Alpadis Group’s Zurich office. Bruno will head the private clients services practice, including wealth planning, family office services, as well as directing the offering to corporate clients in Switzerland.
Bruno brings three decades of experience and has proven track record in wealth and trust foundation formation and administration, estate planning, and family governance. He has developed deep and longstanding relationships with private clients from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, he has helped international small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) unlock growth through expansion or relocation to Switzerland.
A Swiss national, Bruno was also a founder and co-owner of a multi-family office firm headquartered in Zurich.
A career advising some of the leading international family offices and fiduciary institutions has provided Bruno with deep knowledge and brand perspective of the industry’s evolution and holistic risk management. Fluent in English and German, Bruno is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In his spare time, Bruno enjoys all winter sports and the serene mountain and lake settings during the summer months.

Senior Trust Officer
Alina supports the wealth planning and family office services at Alpadis Group’s Swiss office in Zurich.
Alina brings deep knowledge and experience surrounding compliance, KYC, tax planning, administration and the coordination of complex transactions among other skills. After studying Law at university, Alina started her legal career in both Zurich and Moscow.
She specialised in tax planning and asset protection and completed her STEP Certificate in International Trust Management/Diploma in 2016. She has worked with a number of leading firms in Switzerland including Sberbank (Switzerland) AG and Corecam Services AG, before joining the Alpadis Group team in 2019.
Alina speaks Russian, English, German and French and is resident in Switzerland where she enjoys outdoor sports and plays the piano.

Senior Trust Officer
Dominik Kurt is a Senior Trust Officer at Alpadis Group‘s Swiss office in Zurich, providing legal, succession and wealth planning advice for international private clients.
Dominik has deep experience in the set up and administration of trusts, companies as well as family office services from a Swiss and international perspective.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Basel and an LL.M. Degree in International Business Law at the University of Zurich. Furthermore, he successfully completed the professional education of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
After his studies, Dominik worked for companies in the trust and corporate services sector as well as for a FINMA licensed investment manager of collective investment schemes.
Dominik speaks German, English and has good knowledge in Spanish. He is an active member of the carnival in Basel and enjoys being active in sports.
