Meet our Core Team
Moritz is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and leads the Group’s operations in Malaysia including Labuan, where Alpadis Group also have an office. Roles that Moritz oversees include client servicing and business development.
Moritz hails from Switzerland and is a keen mountaineer. He has spent a significant portion of his professional life in the Far East including two years in China (teaching English as a foreign language) following the completion of his law degree, where he picked up Chinese. A lawyer by training, Moritz has over 25 years’ experience and has worked with some of the world’s leading firms including UBS, Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) and LGT Bank in Switzerland and Labuan (Malaysia).
He speaks English, German, French and Italian and brings with him deep knowledge of Asian culture and business practices as well as legal, compliance and regulatory expertise.
