Malaysia Accounting Services
The Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) is the financial reporting framework for private companies incorporated under the CA 2016. Companies in Malaysia must keep accounting and other records in accordance with MPERS or they could opt to follow the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS). A company, save some exemptions, must appoint a company auditor for each financial year and must lodge its financial statements and reports with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) within 30 days from the date such statements are circulated.
