Singapore Company Formation Services
The process of setting up a company in Singapore is regulated by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). If you are a foreigner, you need to use a corporate services provider to register a company, as self-registration is not allowed to non-residents. Additionally, a Singapore company must appoint a local/resident director as per ACRA rules.
